We are going to make a rein-deer,
Right click > copy > and past into your Psp.
all PSP versions are available!
Open a new image 100 x 130, transparent background, 16 million colors, and paint this outline with black color.
When it's finished, you name this layer "outline" , duplicate it and close it. (may be you can use it another day !)
name the new layer, the copy "color"..
Don't forget save as " my_rein.psp ". Now you can save at any time by hitting your Save Icon

Here are the colors I choose, as with all my tutorials, please feel free to use any colors you like to create your own unique image
On your tools
fill the outline and choose your colors for the outline.
Shading
As you see, you have to draw some highlight pixels.
If the colors you choose are too bright and so it's difficult to see some difference, only choose a darkest color for inside, doesn't matter, only have to choose your good color in the opening menu with the 3d effects.
